Job Title: Junior Commercial Finance Analyst - Global (FTC) Reports to: Senior Commercial Finance Manager - Global Location: London (Hybrid) The Role â Background: This role will report to the Global Senior Commercial Finance Manager and work closely with both the Senior Commercial Finance Analyst and Global Director of Commercial Finance. Supporting on all aspects of financial planning and analysis, with key focus on preparing reports, month end duties and using IT Finance systems. The role will play a role in the monthly close process. Key Responsibilities and Duties Month End Preparation of month end accruals and intercompany recharges relating to Global Corporate costs. Coding of corporate invoices, e.g. travel costs. Support Senior manager and Senior analyst on any ad hoc month end requests. Monthly / Quarterly Reporting Roll over monthly P&L flash reporting and refresh regularly through month end week. Prepare monthly cost centre reports to be sent out to Global business partners. Support with quarterly earnings deliverables, including emailing regional teams to request data updates, e.g. Owned / Licensed door count reports, store space data. Planning Support the Global Commercial Finance team in the preparation and IT system loads of Forecasts and Budgets. Support with setting up new Budget and Forecast scenarios in IT planning system. Update reports in preparation for Forecast and Budget review meetings. Analysis / Ad hoc Conduct ad hoc analysis on data to look for trends, reason for movements vs Forecast / Budget / Prior year actuals. Assist with preparation of ad hoc financial information as required.
