We enhance the customer experience and deliver value by collaborating and innovating with our event teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of our platforms About the Role As a Junior Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for event mobile apps and associated tools across a portfolio of events. You will capture product requirements and recommend approved suppliers that can deliver the required customer experience. You will project manage the delivery, production and quality assurance of the solution, ensuring it is delivered on time, to budget and meets the requirements. Responsibilities Managing the delivery and performance of Event Mobile Apps Supporting the delivery and performance of Non-HB Meeting Platforms Meeting platform delivery and ROI Managing the teams Jira workflow management solution Supporting the Senior Product Manager in the provision and administration of productivity tools Administrating collaboration and workflow platforms Requirements Have an understanding of web CMS, Customer Portals, Mobile Apps, Event Tech and Productivity Tools Have an understanding of product management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) Have great time management and organisational skills Be able to manipulate data and analyse data to produce reports Have experience in User Acceptance or Business Acceptance testing Have experience in managing external supplier relationships and holding them to account Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
