We are now looking for an experienced Lead Content Designer to guide and shape our major website transformation project. This is a unique opportunity to set the content strategy and deliver a user-first digital experience that supports Aston’s strategic goals.
As Lead Content Designer, you will oversee the development and delivery of a user-focused content strategy for our new website, manage a small team of content professionals, and work closely with external design and development partners. You will coordinate content workflows, set editorial standards, and ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with Aston’s tone of voice and brand.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading content design in large or complex organisations, proven ability to manage and mentor a team, and strong expertise in user research, content strategy, SEO, and accessibility. You will also be highly organised, collaborative, and comfortable working in agile environments.
