Enterprise Architect This is a great job for someone who has excellent people management skills and experience in an equivalent role. A bit about the job: Weâre looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and drive Aviva technology strategy across Aviva Investors. This pivotal role will lead the development of high-level technology roadmaps that align with business needs and Aviva strategic vision, ensuring clarity around technology estate, cost of ownership, technical debt, and investment planning. Youâll govern change across both BAU and project initiatives, ensuring alignment with global architecture standards and policies, while championing standardisation and reuse of shared technologies to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Working closely with design teams, youâll ensure solutions deliver the right architectural outcomes. As a key member of the leadership team, youâll deputise for the Head of Architecture, providing continuity of strategic direction and governance, and play an active role in succession planning by developing future architectural leadership.
