This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Safety and Risk Manager to lead a high performing team of specialist within the University as we look to update our current strategy.
You will provide strategic leadership of health, safety, and operational risk areas of the business, identifying risks and opportunities, reducing the university’s exposure to risk through effective oversight and development of robust systems and protocols to monitor and manage risks.
As the Service Area Manager for the Health, Safety and Operational Risk Team, you will be responsible for providing cross-institutional strategic leadership in the following headline areas:
Corporate Health & Safety Management including maintaining ISO 45001 certificationAssurance of FM and Estates ComplianceFM Operational and Business Risk ManagementYou will continue to drive forward the health, safety and risk culture across the Facilities Management department and the wider institution as we continue to deliver effective health and safety management.
