Our Oxford depot At our Oxford depot, we operate a fleet of 120 buses and coaches covering the areas of Oxfordshire with a team of 350 Drivers. As a lead driver you will also support our flagship Oxford Tube service to London. The lead driver plays a vital role in supporting our daily bus operations by supervising driver performance, ensuring service reliability and fostering cooperation between operations and engineering teams. This role combines leadership responsibilities with driving duties, acting as a key point of contact between our drivers and management team.
