About the Role

As our Leadership Academy Lead, you'll architect our global leadership development strategy, creating structured learning journeys that align with our business priorities and leadership expectations. You'll be at the forefront of establishing learning academies that develop critical capabilities across career stages.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design and implementation of the global leadership and transversal skills curriculum Collaborate with Talent teams to form a coherent leadership capability framework aligned to strategy, values and leadership expectations Translate business priorities into structured leadership learning journeys across career stages Lead co-creation sessions with senior leaders, HR, Talent and SMEs while maintaining design integrity Oversee pilots and continuously iterate based on data and feedback to ensure maximum impact Ensure alignment between leadership and transversal skills academies to avoid duplication Act as thought leader on leadership development trends and evidence-based practice Partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable implementation across the organization

About You

You're a strategic thinker with hands-on experience designing leadership development programs that create real behaviour change. You combine deep knowledge of leadership frameworks with practical implementation skills and have a talent for influencing senior stakeholders while delivering measurable results. Your ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences sets you apart.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level leadership development programmes Strong understanding of leadership frameworks, adult learning principles and behaviour change Exceptional demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organisations Experience running pilots and embedding programmes at scale, not just designing content Strong facilitation and synthesis skills; able to translate complexity into clarity

These are additional nice to haves:

Data-informed mindset with experience using evaluation insights to drive iteration Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional team structures Global or cross-cultural leadership development experience Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches Background in organizational development or change management

Compensation & Work Model

The base salary range for this position is between 72,000 GBP and 108,000 GBP (full time equivalent). The specific salary offered considers: the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience Hybrid working model with a minimum of three days per week in the office We are ideally looking to hire this position in London, Zurich or Munich, however we will consider applications globally and can hire this position in any country in which Swiss Re operates
