BAT UK IS LOOKING FOR A LEAF PLANNING & REPORTING EXECUTIVE

JOB TYPE: Fixed-term (until 31.12.2025)

FUNCTION: Operations

SALARY RANGE: competitive salary package + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?  

The Leaf Planning & Reporting Executive is responsible for execution and managing all reports required to support leaf Supply Planning cycle. Responsible for adhering to a standard monthly process and meeting agreed/prescribed Reporting standards, timeliness and accuracy, ensuring any reporting issues escalated and resolved in timely manner, suggests improvements in the area of responsibility.

Internal: GLP Supply Planning, GLP Sourcing Planning, GLP Logistics, GLP Finance, GLP Sourcing, Factory Scheduling and Planning teams, Product team, Quality team, CF CoE, SNO production and distribution planning etc. 

External: Logistics service providers

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Execution and delivery of daily/week/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports as per agreed schedule/calendarEnsure data in reports are accurate through proper consistency checksSupports Leaf planning activities covering for Leaf supply plannerTakes required actions to mitigate reporting related risks, escalate issues/risks in timely manner Regularly reviews and keeps up to date Reporting guides, updates and enhances where necessary Facilitates meetings related to Leaf planning reports where involvement and inputs from Leaf supply planners requiredParticipates in Leaf Supply Chain change initiatives. These maybe cross-functional in nature and involve business process and IT changes.Works as a team player and understands their role and influence on others. Identifies who the key stakeholders are and develops strong working relationships in order to understand the cross functional influence and inter dependencies.Able to prioritise own workload to ensure individual and x functional deadlines are meet. Activities are carried out within the allotted time.Regularly reviews tasks and Customers assigned as a back up to ensure knowledge on latest changes in place.Manages delivery of ad hoc additional work activities within the team without impact to business as usual activities

 

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

Experience in communication (internal/external) desirableExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeStrong interpersonal and communication skills in internal and external environmentAbility to manage several tasks simultaneouslyExcellent accuracy and attention to detailData administration – attention to detailKnowledge of SAP systems(preferential)Medium to advanced level of Reporting/Data software experience (SQL, PBI, Tableau etc.) – beneficialAbility to conduct detailed manipulation of complex data from multiple sources.Customer service oriented thinking.Ability to build sustainable relationships

 

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

Educational qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent
