Why This Job Matters:

The Deployment Specialist plays a crucial role in the development and deployment of Learning and Development products across the portfolio, leading on the agile delivery or supporting Senior Product Owners in the management of complex programmes.

A strong focus on customer centricity is essential for this role, to ensure that all products they support address business challenges and drive sustainable value for BT Group.

What you'll be doing

Works as part of delivery squads, specifically providing specialist expertise in successful deployment of learning and development product and agile methodology, that drive and enhance colleague experiences across BT Group, including:

Works closely with relevant stakeholders to identify customer needs and translating them into product requirements and user stories. Supports product definition, scoping, design, development and deployment. Drives sprint delivery. Provides project governance and risk management. Creates, prioritizes, and maintains the product backlog. Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine the product.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
Experience in working closely with key stakeholders to identify needs and translating them into product requirements and user stories. Skills in supporting learning product definition, scoping, design, development, and deployment. Experience in working with Agile methodology, working in sprints and frequently reassessing and adapting plans. Ability to provide project governance and risk management by identifying, evaluating, and managing risks. Experience in managing a portfolio of projects throughout the lifecycle including initiation, planning, deployment, iteration and measuring impact. Experience in creating, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlog. Skilled in continuously gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to refine the product and drive continuous improvement.
