- Drive New Business Growth: Spearhead new sales initiatives for BT through EE Retail stores and beyond, collaborating with Retail and SoHo Enterprise teams to deliver exceptional service and sales journeys to local businesses.
- Excel in Sales Performance: Demonstrate best-in-class sales behaviors and achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly targets across key performance indicators, including EE mobile volume, fixed broadband volume, mobile upgrades, and overall customer value.
- Cultivate and Convert Leads: Proactively identify, nurture, and win new business through sustained prospecting, leveraging multiple campaign sources and a deep understanding of prospective businesses and their decision-making processes.
- Nurture Existing Relationships: Grow existing customer relationships and account sizes through proactive in-life health checks and strategic re-sign activities, ensuring continued customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Market Insight: Maintain a high level of awareness and knowledge of the local SoHo/SME market, including industry trends, competitors, and evolving internal activities, to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and foster relationships with external networking bodies, including LinkedIn, Chambers of Commerce, and local council initiatives, to expand your professional network and influence.
- Collaborate for Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers within host stores and the wider region, and actively network with cross-functional areas to enhance collaboration and drive productivity.
- Efficient Resource Management: Take a proactive and organized approach to managing your schedule, appointments, and customer visits to consistently meet business and customer expectations.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
