A bit about the job: Youâll support the GCS Development Leader and key stakeholders in shaping and evolving the training and development strategy to align with business needs and growth ambitions, including delivering both internal and external training as part of our client proposition. Youâll be responsible for creating and maintaining onboarding guidance for new GCS colleagues and their leaders, ensuring a consistent experience across all Lines of Business, including Underwriting and Risk Management. Collaboration will be key, as youâll work closely with the central Learning & Development team and Talent Partner to deliver high-quality leadership development opportunities tailored to GCS requirements. Youâll also play a vital role in supporting our Early Careers and Talent programmesâcovering Associate, Graduate, and Apprentice networksâfrom recruitment through to post-programme development. Using data and insights, youâll help anticipate future business needs driven by evolving technology and industry trends. In addition, youâll promote ongoing professional development by encouraging relevant qualifications and industry memberships, while acting as the main point of contact for all training requests within the GCS area. Skills and experience weâre looking for: Experience working within the London Market, with a solid understanding of the business landscape Proven ability to deliver or support training and development initiatives, ideally within a corporate or insurance environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Confident using Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support data analysis and presentation A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for developing others and driving continuous improvement What youâll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow â is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
