Learning and Development Supervisor

You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your way.What youll doEnsure that all employees receive adequate training in methods and procedures to be followed in the use of materials and equipment.Ensure compliance with all health & safety, COSHH and where applicable food safety regulations are at all times.Take part in the monitoring of quality standards.Train staff in the methodology of the monitoring regime in liaison with the Monitoring Manager.Assist in the induction of new staff in liaison with the Training Manager.Assist Training Manager in the delivery of departmental and company training.Ensure staff training records are updated when you have completed any on the job training and all documentation is filed appropriately/Liase with the Domestic Payroll Supervisor in respect of keeping training records up date for starters and leavers.What you bring:Proven experience in a similar rolePassion for supporting others in learning & developmentGood communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, colleagues, clientsAbility to adhere to instructions, standards and proceduresComputer literate in Microsoft Excel and WordWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
