The Aston School of Computer Science and Digital Technologies is looking for a Lecturer in Natural Language Processing to help reinforce its research and teaching in the area. As the successful candidate you will be expected to teach across several areas of the computer science and/or cybersecurity curricula depending on their particular areas of interest.

Research in Natural Language Processing is carried out in the Aston Institute for Forensic Linguistics (AIFL) as well as in the Aston Centre for AI Research and Applications (ACAIRA) and the Sir Peter Rigby Digital Futures Institute (DFI) allowing candidates a rich environment for collaboration and developing their research portfolio.
You will be expected to have an excellent research track record, commensurate with their career stage, and show signs of innovative and independent thinking. You will be encouraged to actively participate in development of new and exciting curricula.
