Aston University London is seeking an exceptional individual to lead as the Dean of Education and Student Experience. Based in London, the Dean is responsible for driving innovation in learning, teaching, and assessment and assuring a high-quality student experience for all learners within Aston London, including resourcing. The Dean will provide strategic leadership, oversee academic operations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance educational offerings and student satisfaction.
Whilst the focus of this appointed office is Education and Student Experience, the role holder will be expected to contribute to the wider development, implementation, and evaluation of University and London hub wide strategies, policies, and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
The Dean will lead the strategic planning and operational management of education and student experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with Aston University's 2030 strategy. This includes enhancing digital learning strategies, fostering industry partnerships, and promoting student involvement in shaping their education. The role also involves quality assurance, performance management, and people management to support staff in delivering outstanding learning and teaching.
