Legal Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor – Family Law£25,000 plus commission on sales and excellent benefits (Work level 6C)Hybrid working with 1 day a month in our Manchester office37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 9:30-18:00We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our family law team at Co-op Legal Services.Our family department has been awarded the 'Excellence in Technology & Innovation' at the Law Society Excellence Awards and it doesnt stop there, weve got exciting plans for the future.

In this role, youll manage all incoming new enquiries and call back clients who have enquired about family law to promote out USPs to convert into full-service work (both fixed fee and hourly rate) or consultations. We will look to you to handle each call with empathy alongside using your sales skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team after an increase in sales and growth, within an ethical legal business.

What youll do:

•    Contact clients to promote Co-op Legal Services and our family departments USPs, handling each call with empathy•    Objection handle competently on price and offering•    Make sure all history notes are recorded accurately within our case management system•    Follow contact strategy where clients havent been able to answer the phone•    Work collaboratively within a small team and share opportunities for improvement •    Cross sell when the opportunity provides itself•    Assist in collecting management information

This role would suit people who have:

•    Previous experience in legal sales •    Previous experience of using a case management system•    Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate professionally and sensitively with clients •    Tenacity with the ability to drive sales in a target driven environment •    The ability to work well individually and within a team
