What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a Lettings Assistant to provide support to our student lettings agency. You will be the first point of contact for our current and prospective tenants, property owners and external contractors and will therefore be required to deliver a high standard of customer service. Previous lettings experience is an advantage.
You will be part of our Living Team of 3 people delivering a high quality student lettings service. This role is based at Lancaster University Students’ Union which is a student focused charity which operates independently from Lancaster University.
About you
To be a great fit for us you will need to bring experience of front-line customer service and the ability to communicate with our students and landlords using a variety of channels are required. A full clean driving licence is preferred.
