The Campus Library & Curation Lead is responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving the Campus digital learning content and offering. This role ensures everyone has access to high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date learning resources curated to meet strategic capability needs, enhance the learning experience, and driving a culture of continuous learning. Working as part of a global team, this role will create and deliver high quality and engaging digital learning experiences through content that support delivery of our strategy and ambition. This role manages the end-to-end content lifecycle, including sourcing, curation, catalogue management, tagging, governance, and integration with learning technologies, working closely with Digital People team and the wider Campus team. This role will foster strong partnership relationships with external content providers and work with them to produce effective and relevant learning paths and playlists. Key Responsibilities: Build and run the strategy for our Campus digital learning library, aligning it to organisational priorities and capability frameworks. Set clear content governance: how we tag, describe and keep content up‑to‑date (taxonomy, metadata, retention). Curate internal and external content (eLearning, videos, podcasts, articles, courses) that develops key leadership and technical skills. Design and maintain role‑ and goal‑aligned learning pathways and playlists that make learning feel seamless. Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), suppliers, Product Managers, Instructional Designers and Market Unit Learning Leads to keep the portfolio relevant and diverse. Integrate content with our learning technologies and keep the experience consistent across Campus platforms. Use engagement data to refine recommendations, identify gaps and inform future acquisitions. Set and enforce quality standards for accuracy, compliance, inclusivity and accessibility; manage version control, copyright and vendor licences. Ensure alignment with governance and quality frameworks. What We’re Looking For: Experience in Learning & Development, content management, or knowledge curation. Experience managing digital learning libraries or LXPs (e.g. EdCast, Cornerstone,). Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries preferred. Strong background in content strategy, curation, and data analytics for learning engagement. Deep understanding of adult learning and digital learning principles. Strong editorial judgment and ability to evaluate content for quality and relevance. Excellent organisational, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in learning platforms, content management systems, and analytics dashboards. Awareness of copyright, licensing, and intellectual property requirements.
