The Role: Production Line Support (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

This 6-month fixed-term contract position is an excellent entry point into a critical operational role within Reckitt's supply chain. Reporting to the Shift Leader or their Deputy, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of a continuous packing and production line. Your core responsibilities will involve ensuring the manufacturing and packing of high-quality products, ready for timely delivery to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring production targets are met through active contribution to OEE, Productivity, and Waste reduction initiatives.
  • Receiving and meticulously checking supplier deliveries, taking immediate action for any discrepancies.
  • Upholding stringent site Health & Safety regulations and diligently following all relevant procedures.
  • Maintaining essential documentation for Production, Health & Safety, and Quality.
  • Utilizing SAP for accurate documentation of material movements, order reconciliation, and quality checks.
  • Conducting routine product testing and all quality control checks, addressing any non-conformances promptly.
  • Adhering to the site's Quality Management System and ensuring all quality policies and procedures are followed.
  • Managing product non-conformances, identifying and reporting equipment faults where possible.
  • Actively participating in internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring waste levels are minimized to achieve set targets.
  • Undertaking other reasonable duties and training as required, consistent with the role's responsibilities.
