What You'll Do: Shaping Seamless Logistics Operations

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be instrumental in overseeing the entire site logistics process, from the arrival of goods to their dispatch. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of up to 28 individuals, fostering a culture of efficiency, safety, and quality. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Team Leadership & Development: Building a strong, flexible workforce through effective shift planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Operational Oversight: Managing all aspects of goods-in and goods-out, including warehousing, product packing, palletization, and loading.
• Performance Management: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Safety & Compliance Champion: Upholding the highest standards of Health & Safety, promoting a secure and inclusive working environment, and ensuring adherence to all compliance regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Leading projects focused on process enhancement and operational excellence, contributing directly to the site’s ongoing success and strategic objectives.
