Job Description Maintenance Planner Working Team Lead â Civil Aftermarket Operations (Off-Wing) Full-Time Derby on site Why Rolls-Royce? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Off-Wing Global Customer Operations Team, based in Derby. Aftermarket Operations is part of the Civil Aerospace division, providing aftermarket support for our Civil Aerospace customers. Our Off-Wing Operations team is responsible for the execution of aftermarket services and includes accountability for the performance of the external supply chain. As Maintenance Planner Team Leader within Civil Aftermarket Operations, you will play a key role in the delivery of our technical instructions that enable us to meet our induction performance goals. We aspire for our Maintenance Planners to make a difference in the Customer to Customer value stream. In this role you will manage a team of engineers who create the technical workscopes required to induct engines across our Overhaul Network. What you will be doing: Lead the industrialisation of the Workscoping process to enable delivery of the operational and financial plan. Operating model â Workscoping, quality, safety (CS25) & improvement programmes Develop, agree, monitor and control the plan including load and capacity planning to deliver requirements Integrated stakeholder management with supporting stakeholders Lead the rollout & industrialisation of the Workscoping process (WaaS) Lead team â development & Training Own the EMP administration across all value streams Who weâre looking for: Being a part of Rolls-Royce, youâll know we embrace agility, are bold, pursue collaboration and seek simplicity in everything we do.
