Capture current state of Solihull maintenance operations using structured SWOT analysis, data sets, and benchmarking against JIPM/TPM standards. Work with each Technology area to track progress against the multi‑year roadmap, driving KPI improvements. Standardise systems and processes across all Technology areas, moving teams from reactive to proactive maintenance with measurable performance tracking. Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) rollout through Steering Committees, activity teams, and robust sustainment measures to avoid past failures. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, GMS, IDT, Digital & Innovation, GME) to integrate maintenance into wider business planning and technology objectives. Develop workforce capability via gap‑based training, recruitment, succession planning, and enhanced health & safety practices.
