  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Perform essential Business Analysis duties, adding significant value to strategic programmes and change initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead Complex Projects: Take ownership of Business Analysis activities for large and complex projects, ensuring meticulous scope definition and requirement documentation.
  • Develop and Mentor Talent: Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts through effective coaching, mentoring, and targeted training programs, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Champion Best Practices: Oversee and enforce best practices, tools, and templates for Business Analysis, while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the Digital Technology Office (DTO) and various Carnival UK business departments.
  • Foster Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the DTO's Business Analysis community of practice, ensuring knowledge is disseminated effectively across all BA teams and functions.

  • Expertise in Business Analysis: A strong understanding of industry-standard Business Analysis techniques and frameworks (e.g., BCS (formerly ISEB)).
  • Process and Requirements Mastery: Proven experience in modeling complex business processes and defining/documenting requirements with precision.
  • Strategic and Tactical Acumen: The ability to assess the feasibility and relevance of proposed technical and business changes, with a capacity to view requirements both strategically and tactically.
  • Resource Management Skills: Proficiency in resource planning, scheduling, and effectively allocating Business Analysts to projects within a matrix environment.
