<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li><span>Manage the customer relationships to ensure customer service standards are achieved and continuously improved.</span></li> <li><span>Manage all contract financials (budgets, P&L, revenue streams, costs, etc).</span></li> <li><span>Manage and lead the operational teams. Assess and develop (where appropriate) team members in skill development and career management.</span></li> <li><span>Manage all warehouses HR, OH&S and team member welfare issues.</span></li> <li><span>Appropriately manage all warehouse human and equipment resource requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Develop customer relationship to assist in the achievement of additional revenue.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to including warehouse / product security.</span></li> </ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul> <li><span>Minimum Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant</span></li> <li><span>Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehousing & 3PL operations</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge in Logistics Operations and Warehousing</span></li> <li><span>Intermediate PC skills, SAP is an added advantage</span></li> </ul>
