Your roles and responsibilities will include Lead, motivate and develop a team of frontline colleagues that can successfully interact with clients at all levels to ensure coverage of client base, providing a high-level service to develop and retain clients Develop and lead the client sector growth plans with the REH leadership team Lead and support change required to drive sustainable growth in the business Deliver the client growth to deliver business objectives Collaborate with debt structuring, product partners, and other collaborators to deliver the entire Lloyds Group offering to clients Drive the continuous development of our client proposition working closely with partners and the wider leadership team Develop a strong market profile to help expand the value and perception from customers of Lloyds Banking Group, projecting the desired corporate image and influence legislative, regulatory, financial and other developments to the advantage of customers and the Group. What we need from you? A track record in Leadership with expertise within Real Estate and Housing. Experience managing a team of sector professionals to deliver growth. Outstanding risk skills including a deep understanding of real estate credit risk. Solid understanding of the regulatory framework in which the business operates.
