Team/Role Overview

The Market Data Contracts Analyst is a dynamic role which will assist with the global coordination and oversight of all new and existing Market Data Contracts, as part of the centralised team based in Belfast.

The role holder will interface with all areas of the Market Data business, as well as working closely with Procurement and relevant Citi business functions on a global basis.

The role is key to enabling the Contracts function to operate in a proactive manner, with particular focus on governance and controls. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

Management of centralised team mailbox and contracts pipelineCoordination with stakeholders across various internal Citi businessesPreparation of regular management reporting filesOversight of monthly reconciliations processSupport contracts team subject matter experts on items pertaining to new and existing contractsReview exiting process with a view to optimization
