As an integral member of the team, you will be involved in data manipulation, reporting and budgeting to drive improvements to site performance that supports commercial decision making and delivery of budgeted KPI’s.You will provide support to the Marketing and Commercial teams. Your responsibility will be to maximise profitability through insight and recommendation, whilst improving visibility across a multi-channel ecommerce site of performance. Responsibilities will include analysing traffic, orders, sales and behavioral data to ensure continuous and measurable improvement, reporting on site performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics) giving recommendations and owning/maintaining daily, weekly and monthly KPI packs. You will also play your part in managing more technical offer tagging and measurement as and when needed of bespoke campaigns. You will be involved as a subject matter expert in analytical elements of projects as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and upload data sets across various systems including SQL and Google Analytics Ensure the integrity of data, through automated extraction, manipulation, processing, analysis and reporting Develop, implement and maintain a full reporting suite, including bespoke KPI dashboards at various levels Produce both bespoke and BAU decks for senior leaders and channel managers, adding insight whilst driving and communicating the wider channel strategy Provide analysis of strategy results, thereby maintaining an environment of continuous and measurable improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

Ability to build and maintain marketing business intelligence dashboards and reports Ability to confidently present analytic findings at executive level Data mining from large databases using SQL tools or business intelligence platforms and data-warehousing Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint Self-motivated, exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to maintain the highest standard of integrity, accuracy, and precision Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and think creatively for hidden solutions Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills Knowledge of SQL and SQL server desirable Knowledge of Google analytics desirable
