The Operations Analyst Role: A Closer Look

This intermediate-level position is designed for individuals ready to take ownership of processing orders and transactions. You'll work closely with the Operations - Transaction Services team to ensure the seamless clearance, settlement, and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing securities transactions, providing critical analytical input for traders, and assisting in the review of derivative products.
• Leveraging data analysis tools and methodologies, coupled with your professional judgment, to identify and recommend process improvements.
• Resolving settlement-related issues, escalating when necessary, and proposing solutions for complex challenges.
• Actively participating in the implementation of assigned projects, including new products, services, and platform upgrades.
• Identifying policy gaps and formulating new policies to streamline trade flow processes, minimizing risk to the bank.
• Monitoring for and resolving errors to mitigate risk.
• Providing informal guidance and on-the-job training to new team members, fostering a collaborative team spirit.
