• Proven Delivery Excellence: A consistent track record of successfully delivering projects, ideally within Markets front-office environments, is essential. Experience as a PMO or Project Manager in similar cross-functional settings will be highly valued.
• Project Management Rigor: Demonstrate a solid understanding and practical application of project management standards, processes, and training materials. This includes experience in project mobilization, planning, execution, and robust issue and risk management.
• Tool Proficiency: Expertise in utilizing project management tools such as JIRA and the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) is a prerequisite for effective execution.
• Financial Markets Acumen: A foundational understanding of global markets trading products and services, such as Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities, is highly preferred and will significantly enhance your ability to contribute effectively.
