Your Responsibilities Will Include:
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
- Efficiently managing incoming goods and ensuring proper storage of materials.
- Accurately raising requisitions for necessary supplies.
- Preparing materials for overhaul, ensuring readiness for the next stage.
- Safely loading and unloading vehicles.
- Conducting regular stock counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Issuing materials to relevant teams and tracking their usage.
- Expediting orders to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
- Monitoring the utilization of materials on site to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborating effectively with stores and production teams across multiple Freightliner sites.
- Maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping to enhance safety and efficiency.
This position is full-time, 39 hours per week, operating Monday to Friday. It is subject to standard pre-employment checks, including references, medical, drug and alcohol screening, and a DBS background check.
