Merchandiser

Are you a Merchandiser seeking a fresh challenge in a fast-paced environment, or perhaps a Junior Merchandiser ready to take the next step in your career? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re currently looking for a passionate and driven Merchandiser to join our dynamic Buying team. In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced Buyer, supporting the daily operations of a busy department.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool (L24).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating weekly core stock orders, ensuring smooth and efficient order management. Drive performance during key trading periods, including product launches and seasonal peaks. Analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions and identify opportunities in the market. Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to maximise sales and profits across the range. Ensure stock levels are consistently maintained within tight restrictions. Keep WSSIs and line cards updated on a daily basis. Use Excel to generate reports that effectively communicate key data. What We’re Looking For:   An experienced Merchandiser or a Junior Merchandiser eager to step up. A results-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving growth. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders. Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with suppliers and internal teams. Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
