Are you ready to take on an exciting leadership role in a company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven **Field Manager** to join our team, based at our Addlestone Office and covering London & The South.
This is your opportunity to lead from the front, supervise installations, and ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. As a Field Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring every step aligns with our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.
We’re seeking someone with:
A qualification in NVQ or HND (or equivalent). Proven experience as an installation engineer and managing small teams. Strong knowledge of current lift industry standards and legislation. Outstanding problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills. A proactive approach with a keen attention to detail and commercial awareness.
