This role will support strategic insight and operational excellence to grow customer footfall and enhance the customer offering. Heres a flavour of your day-to-day:Producing and presents accurate and logical documents, reports and presentations to the NBD leadership team and other business areas where appropriate.Lead responses to operational issues and is accountable for all store related issues.Demonstrates commercial awareness and knowledge of the Primark brand and retail industry.Seeks to understand the Primark customer and regional differences and utilises this when proposing ideasWork closely with the NBD Manager to deliver the overall business proposition and set the department for success. What Youll BringHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:Minimum 3 years commercial experience, within a retail environmentExperience in Retail, showing your ability to thrive in a busy, demanding environment with a heavy project-based work loadProven ability in managing sensitive matters whilst ensuring all Primark information remains confidential to the business.Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skillsProven ability in developing effective working relationshipsEffective and persuasive presentation skills Ready?
