This role will support strategic insight and operational excellence to grow customer footfall and enhance the customer offering. Heres a flavour of your day-to-day:Food and Beverages Retail Operations - SOP's in store, working with Store Management Teams, troubleshooting issuesEHS within Primark Café sites - audit and general upkeepBuilding strong relationships between Primark and partnersImplementing new Operational Procedures - streamline current processesProducing and presents accurate and logical documents, reports and presentations to the NBD leadership team and other business areas where appropriate.Lead responses to operational issues and is accountable for all store related issues.Demonstrates commercial awareness and knowledge of the Primark brand and retail industry.
