British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a New Category Product Intern for 6 months in Southampton

 

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

Technical creation and approval of Finished Good Specifications in Specification Management system (SAP)Technical creation and approval of Finished Goods Recipes in Management system (SAP)Coordination with NPI, NC Ops Supply Chain, BAT Factories / 3rd party factories, Product DevelopersEnsure Data Integrity for New Categories ProductsCreate and maintain reports based on specific requestTechnical creation and approval of Wrapping Materials Specifications in Specification Management system (SAP) for New Categories productsExploit opportunities for standardization in process and business systems for continuous improvement

 

 

What are we looking for?

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

 

Commercial/Technical educationWork experience in Data ManagementKnowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Power BI, Power Point)Experience with ERP / SAP (desirable)Good verbal and writing capabilities in EnglishGood analytical skills, data-affinity and ability to work very accuratelyAbility to work self-contained and under pressure maintaining flexibility
