What You’ll Do: Comprehensive Training: The ALP is a two-year programme combining 40 weeks of classroom training at one of our award-winning academies, alongside hands-on field training to build real-world skills. Progressive Learning: Over time, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility, gaining practical experience in the field while receiving full support every step of the way. Achieve Full Qualification: By the end of the programme, you’ll be a fully qualified gas engineer with the knowledge and expertise to excel in your role. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: You’ll need current ACS accreditation (including CCN1, CENWAT or CEN1/WAT1, and CPA1) Passion and Motivation: If you’re committed to learning and keen to develop your skills, we’re looking for you! A Can-Do Attitude: You’ll need the drive to face challenges head-on, embrace learning, and push yourself to succeed. Some Experience is a Plus: While experience isn’t a requirement, 1 year of hands-on experience in the industry is ideal.
