As a Night Porter, you will...

Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visitBe the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-insYou’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all timesIn the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quicklyAnswer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.Ground floor cleaning to a high standard2-3 Shifts per week 11pm-7am
