Heli-Admin Steward (RAC)Location: Aberdeen, UK (Offshore – UKCS, North Sea)Salary: COTA Grade BRotation: 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off (Equal time rotation)Working Pattern: Irregular (including weekends and public holidays)As a Heli-Admin Steward (RAC) at Sodexo, you are not just part of a team; you are an essential contributor to the seamless operation of offshore catering and heli-admin services.You will play a crucial role in maintaining high safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards while supporting personnel logistics in a dynamic offshore environment.Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What youll do:Maintain accommodation areas in a clean and sanitary condition.Carry out cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, ceilings, and laundry services.Ensure kitchen and catering equipment are hygienically maintained.Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring sufficient cutlery and crockery are available.Manage reception services, including accommodation allocation and lifeboat/muster station assignments.Operate personnel movements programs, ensuring daily flight schedules and crew changes are accurately managed.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and company safety policies.Participate in inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.Support unloading of containers and other logistics as required.What you bring:GMDSS Certificate and CAA Certificate (or willingness to obtain).Experience with Client Heli Admin Systems.Health and Hygiene Certificate.Minimum two years experience in a similar role, preferably in an offshore or remote environment.Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and service quality.What We OfferWorking with our company is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.Youll belong in a company and team that values you for who you are; youll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and youll be able to thrive in your own way.
