Reporting to the SOV Manager, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on maintaining wind farm production through diligent fault finding, efficient service execution, and an unwavering commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities & Advantages:
- Operational Management: Lead and coordinate on-site service operations, including planning service tasks, approving technician hours, and managing service work orders in SAP. This offers a chance to hone your planning and execution skills.
- Logistics & Coordination: Play a crucial role in organizing vessel and O&M team transfers, including the preparation of detailed transfer plans. This highlights the importance of your organizational capabilities.
- Proactive Planning: Monitor weather forecasts and actively maintain and update planning tools, demonstrating foresight and strategic thinking.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the implementation of new procedures and processes, and oversee the successful integration of system upgrades. This is an opportunity to influence and shape operational workflows.
- Strategic Maintenance: Plan annual service and maintenance activities, ensuring the long-term efficiency and reliability of the wind farm.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
To thrive in this role, you will possess:
- A solid educational foundation, such as an Electrical or Mechanical degree, or a completed apprenticeship in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years' professional experience with electrical/mechanical systems, with a preference for offshore and/or high voltage environments.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and a strong understanding of general safety protocols and awareness.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, coupled with proficiency in MS Office.
- A full driver's license.
