Over the duration of the internship you will be part of the UK Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Team playing a vital role in accelerating our strategic brands across core UK & Ireland retailers, reaching shoppers at various points along the path to purchase to drive awareness, consideration and purchase.
This role reports to an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager and you will work across the full marketing funnel including in store point of sale, online, social, events and influencer content.
In this exciting role:
You will be responsible for your own retailers which may include Waitrose, Tesco Ireland, Ocado, and support the wider shopper marketing team
Create strong omnichannel media plans that align with both strategic brand and commercial priorities
Manage budgets and assist in artwork creation of digital and in store content.
You will work closely with media agencies.
Gain experience on working with influencers and lead on fully immersive beauty events driving Colgate's whitening and multi-benefit portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
Deployment of activations for core accounts
Develop and implement Omnichannel shopper marketing programs for your customers
Deliver digital shelf plans collaboratively with Customer Development Managers (CDMs)
Work closely with Colgate’s brand teams on content creation
Build strong relationships and work closely with CDMs to influence plans based on ABL (above the line) media strategic priorities and align with promotional / commercial commitments
Review results against plan KPIs, report back to the business on progress, learning and key successes and take corrective action
Take ownership and effectively manage budgets
Manage account budgets on an on-going basis ensuring phasing is maintained, there are no overspends and concerns / opportunities are communicated effectively
Ensure monthly budget processes are made in a timely manner
Required Skills & Competencies

Required Qualifications
University degree or equivalent with a passion for brands, marketing and media
Experience in marketing and in FMCG companies would be preferable.
English fluency is mandated, other European languages would be a plus.

Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range $ - $ USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
