We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our Fenstanton operation of over 100 colleagues, working in the heart of the Cambridge and Huntingdonshire community to deliver an amazing service to our hugely valued customers every day. Due to an internal promotion, we now have a vacancy for the Operations Manager role in Fenstanton. You will be an existing Operations Manager or Assistant Operations/Duty Manager looking for a new opportunity or looking for a new challenge. Youâll be passionate about people â motivating and leading your colleagues to deliver a safe, efficient and effective transport service to the incredible Cambridgeshire community. So what will you have the opportunity to do in Fenstanton Depot? ⢠Working with your experienced and dedicated team, the main aim of the game is to ensure our services are reliable and punctual with our customerâfocussed drivers ready and able to meet customersâ expectations ⢠To do this youâll lead, motivate develop and engage your colleagues, and develop a close and constructive partnership with the engineering and commercial departments. ⢠The responsibility to respond quickly to any problems will be yours, so youâll have the opportunity to make a direct and hugely positive impact on our customers and our business. ⢠You will be responsible for ensuring you have the right people in the right place at the right time - you will develop your team to ensure competency and great behaviours in order to deliver the high standards of service we expect. Ultimately, the performance of the depot will be in your hands including service , security, safety and standards so this is an incredible career opportunity.
