The Impact You'll Make:

As our Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the strategic direction for our most extensive and valuable product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Continence Care, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing a profound understanding of the UK continence care market through in-depth analysis of performance and identification of growth opportunities.
• Designing and implementing impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that are meticulously aligned with our overarching strategic brand plan.
• Collaborating seamlessly with sales teams, clinical experts, and global partners to ensure cohesive strategies and maximum impact.
• Presenting confidently to diverse stakeholders, leading crucial cross-functional projects, and representing Coloplast at key national and regional events.

What We're Seeking in Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a minimum of 5-7 years of post-graduate experience. A demonstrable track record of progression and increasing responsibility is highly valued. Key attributes include:

• Strong Commercial Acumen: The ability to interpret complex market dynamics and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Proven Campaign Delivery: Experience working hand-in-hand with sales teams to execute campaigns that generate measurable results.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: The confidence and ability to present ideas effectively and engage constructively with stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: A capacity to contribute meaningfully to high-level strategic discussions.

While experience in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare, particularly with an understanding of the NHS ecosystem, is preferred, we also welcome applications from candidates in other regulated industries such as banking, financial services, fintech, or FMCG. The critical factor is your ability to demonstrate how you have thrived in compliance-driven environments.
