Our Organisation Effectiveness and Design purpose is “Creating an effective organisation, enabling our people to build JLR's future”, to that end this role is responsible for providing support to the wider Organisation Effectiveness & Design team, and relevant stakeholders.

WHAT TO EXPECT In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organisation. Here’s what to expect:

Create and embed templates, systems, modelling and processes to enable the team to scope strategic and tactical initiatives, identify key milestones linked to principles/ toolkit, track progress and realise benefits. Report on, and make recommendations about, current, backlog and pipeline workstack considering team capacity Undertake data, governance and/or assurance activities in support of Hub Team or wider OE&D team in a consistent way. Provide relevant data to support Governance Forum providing insight and recommendation to improve Organisation Effectiveness and performance Provide timely advice and guidance to our stakeholders through our Tiered model of support Review and analyse processes, ways of working, workloads, workflow and functional interrelationships to identify ways to improve efficiency and productivity, providing recommendations to project team and stakeholders Work as part of a programme team and with business and functional leaders to undertake projects, as directed by Hub Manager or as defined by project size/ scope or for developmental purposes, and/or make decisions regarding enterprise hierarchy and people infrastructure

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

Experience of developing and embedding process and governance sustainably and efficiently to add value Proven track record of responding to stakeholder needs on a proactive basis and demonstrating value-add in activities undertaken Excellent interpersonal, coaching, communication, facilitation, influencing and networking skills Previous experience of delivering Organisation Effectiveness, Organisation Design and/or Business Change Project management skills
