Why this job matters

The PMO Reporting Specialist role is crucial for our organization as it ensures that our reporting processes are accurate, timely, and insightful. This role involves owning the Networks strategic programme reporting for key senior stakeholders across the business, including the Chief Security & Networks Officer. By developing and implementing an engagement strategy, the PMO Reporting Specialist drives greater collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Network's PMO key stakeholders ultimately driving greater outcomes across the portfolio. With skills in continuous improvement the PMO Reporting Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the reporting capabilities with process improvement and implementing AI. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate and influence effectively with senior stakeholders and experience in project, programme, and portfolio management with a focus on executive reporting. This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced PMO specialist to help drive business outcomes and ensure that all stakeholders have what is required for successful delivery.

What you’ll be doing
Owning the BAU strategic reporting for key senior stakeholders (up to Chief Security & Networks Officer). This involves preparing portfolio level reports, QBR’s, Cross-unit reviews and ensuring accuracy and timelines of all reports. Develop and implement an engagement strategy to drive greater collaboration and knowledge share across the Network’s PMO key stakeholders Facilitating and preparing all content for forums/meetings owned by the PMO, including the use of AI for automating meeting minutes and managing action logsOwning the engagement with external parties to collaborate across the industry to share best practice and recognise great achievements across the delivery organisation. Owning knowledge development E2E for the delivery community. This will include creating a training plan for both new joiners and the existing delivery community and maintaining any documentation to support that plan. Continuous improvement ownership for reporting and engagement processes to continually provide additional value to our stakeholders. Specifically integrating AI to enhance the reporting capability. This includes but not limited to automation, visualisation, enhanced insights and efficiency
