  • Sales Excellence: Drive personal sales performance to exceed targets and contribute significantly to the overall success of the store.
  • KPI Achievement: Strive to surpass key performance indicators, ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Mastery: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, as well as the rich history, culture, and DNA of the Prada Group.
  • Relationship Building: Utilize the Company CRM to capture client data, nurture and develop relationships, and offer personalized experiences that foster future opportunities.
  • Omni-Channel Engagement: Embrace and actively promote an Omni-Channel mindset, providing a seamless experience across all platforms.
  • Industry Insight: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the luxury fashion landscape, staying informed about trends and competitors to offer insightful advice.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve client complaints, collaborating with management and the Client Service team when necessary.
  • Product Care: Handle all products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Digital Integration: Actively leverage Company digital tools to deliver a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Virtual & In-Person Consultations: Host and conduct client appointments, both in person and virtually.
  • Store Operations: Work collaboratively with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stockroom.
  • Operational Compliance: Adhere strictly to Company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting, proactively ensuring policy execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, engaging in open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistently exceptional client experience and embrace diversity and inclusion.
