Payroll Specialist, SYNNEX

Payroll – track / monitor all FTEs absence / holiday to process through the monthly payroll Payroll – complete all calculations for payroll for deductions and additional payments for all FTEs Payroll – calculate all overtime / manage and audit all overtime and ensure we have all relevant overtime sheets approval for managers / supervisors on a weekly basis Strada payroll system – add and confirm data for all FTEs every month for all payroll entries / manage and confirm all aspects of the payroll including SMP/SPP/SSP, pension auto enrolments or stopping contributions, overtime unit entitlement, all additional payments and deductions, EBE for all FTEs Strada payroll system – check and confirm all entries are correct on pre-approval reports, check all NI, PAYE payments, tax codes Manage and monitor all FTE & CW clocks for payroll process including additional minutes which have to be manually calculated Manage all absences and monitor workday to ensure it is being submitted correctly (including all CSP, unpaid leave, appointments, or any exceptions) P11Ds (HMRC task) – complete all P11Ds for all FTEs in readiness for checking by supervisor and submission by safeguard Manage the CW weekly timesheet Check all invoices are correct and processed for CW Manage auto-enroll and renewal of pension, medicash and PMI Manage the routine processes for the Royal London Pension portal for all FTEs including keeping all information up to date completing monthly contribution file Manage routine processing of Medicash for all FTEs including all monthly updates Reports – complete weekly direct labour reports of worked hours / overtime approved and additional mins overtime for both FTES and CW Monthly hours report for all FTES and CW showing all worked hours / overtime approved and additional mins overtime Complete H&S head count reports for all worked hours for FTEs and CW showing all worked/overtime approved and additional mins overtime Ramses reports – completes all reports for Ramses for FTE lead and below and CW each month; these are built from her element breakdown report and weekly spreadsheets as workday does not produce the required detail Include all CW information on weekly and monthly reports Point of contact for payroll queries for all FTEs Calculate and assist with FTE requests in changes to pension contributions and other payroll related payments and deductions. @ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
