  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, encompassing personnel files, occupational health information, and essential administrative documentation.
  • Health & Wellbeing Support: Partner with managers and occupational health professionals to develop and implement strategies for reasonable adjustments, return-to-work plans, and light-duty arrangements.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Requirements):

This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with:

  • CIPD qualification (or actively pursuing one) coupled with substantial generalist HR experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced or international setting.
  • The confidence to advise managers and employees at all levels, demonstrating a strong command of UK employment law and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A genuine passion for cultivating a positive employee experience and championing a culture of fairness, engagement, and continuous growth.
  • Flexibility to undertake occasional travel, both locally, nationally, and internationally.
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, interpretative, and reasoning skills.
  • A self-motivated approach with meticulous attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
