The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the preparing of reports and the technical aspects of reporting for the Planning and Space function. They will employ industry best practices in reporting and visualisation, to turn day-to-day reporting requirements into actionable insight and build reporting for long-term, sustainable reporting solutions.
The Reporting Analyst will report to the Reporting Lead and work closely with stakeholders across business functions such as Planning and Space, BI & Analytics, Buying & Merchandising, Sourcing and Strategy, to enable decision-making, which is based on valuable, accessible data insights.

What Youll do:
Responsible for building reporting for longer term reporting solutionsAs well as short-term one-off analysis, preparing adhoc reports and data extracts as required on behalf of the management team, ensuring these meet business needs and are easily and readily adopted.Develop and maintain dashboards, and reports to support various functionsSeeks to understand business requests and challenges and translates these to reporting outputs.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a demanding environment.The Reporting Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across several key areas of the business. This may include; Group Planning and Space Director, Planning Manager, Planning and Space Team, Data & Analytics Team, Buying & Merchandising, Sourcing, Primark Cares and Sustainability.What you'll bring
