Job Description JOB TITLE: Platform Integrator – Finance Platform LOCATION(S): Bristol Harbourside SALARY: £59,850 - £66,500 HOURS: (Full time / Part Time) WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in our Bristol Harbourside office About this opportunity We’re seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our Integration Management Team in an exciting new role within the Finance Platform. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound change within Group Finance, coordinating dependencies between our Lab and various external stakeholders, and overseeing both business and technology changes at the Lab or Platform level. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced change manager with experience in Finance to contribute to our Transformation journey and forge lasting relationships across Finance and the wider Group in an agile, collaborative environment with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and knowledge sharing. Day to day you’ll be; Developing the sequence for integration-related tasks in collaboration with the Product Owner and aligned to the Lab backlog. Cataloguing and managing dependencies between the lab and other teams. Working with colleagues outside of the lab to ensure interlock to enable the lab to deliver at pace. Identify blockers to delivery and where possible mitigate/resolve, escalating to product owner(s)/lab leadership where required. Act as an interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and key business contacts. Managing complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery. Coordinate the integration process and/or implementation events across shared infrastructure (e.g., upgrading the Mainframe); lead on the Service Introduction process, coordinating parties to get the change over the line. Provide expertise (not content) for governance activity owned by the Product Owner. About us If you think all banks are the same, you’d be wrong. What you’ll need Knowledge of Financial or Insurance products and services, with an understanding of their interaction with finance. Prior experience in an Agile environment, working with JIRA and Confluence. An accountancy qualification or equivalent is advantageous. Experience in an agile environment in one or more of Markets, Enterprise Platforms (Technology and Shared services), Insurance, Pensions & Investments systems leading change at pace. And any experience of these would be really useful Energy to work at pace, an engaging personality, organised, resilience to work through obstacles to achieve a business outcome, ability to manage priorities, and the ability to work as a team player.
