We work hard to make sure a career with DHL is as satisfying and successful as it can be.</span></p> <p><span>Join a supportive work environment where youll have the tools and training you need to grow and succeed.</span></p> <p><span>DHL Supply Chain is Great Place To Work® certified.</span></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li> <p><strong>Change and Release Management:</strong><span></span>Oversee application changes from requirements to deployment and manage patch releases to production in collaboration with the L2AS team.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Capacity and Vendor Management:</strong><span></span>Manage server capacities, plan for future customer onboarding, and coordinate fixes, solutions, and billing with various vendors, including periodic reviews.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Standardization and Security:</strong><span></span>Provide standardized solutions across multiple WMS products, lead changes per organizational policies, and conduct security reviews and audits, collaborating with vendors to implement necessary fixes.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Project Integration and Coordination:</strong><span></span>Drive integration projects across multiple products, manage country team changes for product stability, and organize technical resources to ensure timely project delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Collaboration and Conflict Resolution:</strong><span></span>Collaborate with various IT services, project management functions, and external customers to support projects while anticipating and resolving design conflicts across dependent initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Specialist Knowledge and Best Practices:</strong><span></span>Lead the provision of specialist knowledge, analyze complex issues, benchmark opportunities, and introduce best practices to enhance IT consulting effectiveness and efficiency.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Procurement and Financial Updates:</strong><span></span>Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, and oversee new project onboarding and decommissioning updates from a finance perspective.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Customer Support and Team Development:</strong><span></span>Support APAC regional WMS customer projects from a product perspective while fostering team deliverables, learning, and individual growth.</p> </li> </ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul> <li>5+ years of experience in WMS product management, with a focus on WMS or related technologies.</li> <li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.</li> <li>Experience in budget management and financial oversight.</li> <li>Knowledge of consulting practices and technology trends relevant to logistics and supply chain.</li> <li>Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.</li> <li>Proficiency in systems integration, design, and database management.</li> <li>Experience in software development, UX analysis, and design.</li> <li>Understanding of user acceptance testing and SDLC methodologies.</li> <li>Strong change management skills with a focus on business processes and strategy.</li> <li>Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.</li> <li>Strong influencing, feedback, and presentation skills.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>Job application will close by 31 July 2025.</p> <p></p>
