About The Role We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our data and API services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and launching successful products, with a deep understanding of data services and API ecosystems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can set the vision for the product line, define the roadmap, and drive execution to deliver high-quality services that meet our customers’ needs. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the data and API services portfolio. Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products and features to market, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and support teams to create a seamless customer experience. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation. Define and prioritise product requirements and user stories based on customer feedback and business goals. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimising product processes and performance. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and build strong relationships. Advocate for the customer within the organisation, ensuring their needs are central to product decisions. Manage the product lifecycle from conception to sunset, making data-driven decisions to maximise value.
